General Help - Shopping Cart The shopping cart, located on the right of the Planetacatracho site, shows the items you have added to your cart as well as an estimated total of the products in your cart. By default, the last item you put into the cart is shown. This item will appear at the top of your cart with a brief product description, image (if available), quantity and subtotal. You may change the quantity of the selected item by clicking the up/down arrows or changing the number in the quantity field and pressing your enter key. To remove an item from your cart, decrease the quantity to 0. If you wish to view the product details click on the product image. The products details will load in the main frame.
You may also add notes by clicking Add Notes and entering any comments you wish to add and then clicking Save Notes. If you do not wish to add notes click the X in the upper right corner. If you have added notes to an item, you may modify the notes by clicking Edit Notes and then clicking Save Notes. To make changes to an item in your cart, click on the name of the item in your cart.
You may view the entire contents of your shopping cart at any time. Click on "View Cart" and the "Review Cart" page will be displayed. Here you can review the items contained in your cart. Shipping and Delivery - Shipping to Different Locations Planetacatracho makes it easy to ship an order to an alternate location. This feature is particularly useful if you have elderly parents you are taking care of, children in different areas of the country going to school, or if you're going on vacation and want supplies there when you arrive.

Shipping options We currently offer two shipping options. You may choose Ordinary or Express Air service. If you choose Ordinary Ground, most of our customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their orders in just 12 to 15 business days. The same time in Canada, Europe, and Central America. With Express most customers receive in just 7 to 10 Business days. We are sorry, but we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Planetacatracho Policies - Return Policy
Returns or exchanges You can return most items sold by Planetacatracho.com within 15 days from the ship date. To qualify, simply contact us at returns@planetacatracho.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 15 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, security seals, etc., ) We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us up to 2 business days from the time we receive the return to process your refund. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee.
C G Corp will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused upon return to our warehouse. C G Corp will impose a 15% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping and handling charges for refused shipments by the customer. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition in the original, unopened packaging.
